BAILEY, Justice. In this suit, brought by Mary M. Flanagan against Terry A. Flanagan, plaintiff asks that she be granted an absolute decree of divorce from defendant, and that she be awarded an undivided one-half interest in the real property owned by defendant and judgment against him for $13,800 in lieu of an undivided one-half interest in his personal property. From a decree granting plaintiff a divorce and awarding her an undivided one-fourth interest in and to the real and personal property owned by the defendant, the latter has appealed.
